    Bow Pop-In is a community cafe & centre for social, educational, therapeutic activities including a lunch club, yoga, massage, bingo, quizzes, art classes, day trips, theatre visits. The Pop-In is open to anyone aged over 60.

    The East London History Society
    Founded in 1952 it exists to further interest in the history of East London, namely the London Boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Newham. As well as the East London Record the Society publishes two newsletters a year and organizes a program of talks.
