| We cover most of Crete and have been offering people advice and assistance when buying their Cretan home since 1992. Those we have not yet seen are inspected on the earliest trip possible. We can introduce you to English speaking architects and lawyers, however as a matter of policy we recommend that our clients obtain alternative quotes from other architects, builders, engineers and lawyers regarding fees and charges. For those who feel more comfortable there are some English builders and carpenters working in Crete, and of course as it is the Common Market you are perfectly free to bring your own workforce to the island. Properties come and go at a remarkable speed so that the list of properties you might receive the first time round is not always indicative of the vast range available over a period of time and it is always advisable to task for a more up to date list about 3 weeks prior to leaving on a viewing trip. The website is updated daily, so checking regularly or signing up for email updates of new arrivals should will keep you informed. Please make appointments to view before you travel to Crete. There are no street names in most villages and somebody must take you individually to show you the properties. We will try to accommodate everyone but it is usually necessary to make an appointment in advance.
