Nothing can replace you going to view the property yourself, We try to save you time and cost by visiting all ourselves. Those we have not yet seen are inspected on the earliest trip possible. We can introduce you to English speaking architects and lawyers, however as a matter of policy we recommend that our clients obtain alternative quotes from other architects, builders, engineers and lawyers regarding fees and charges. For those who feel more comfortable there are some English builders and carpenters working in Crete, and of course as it is the Common Market you are perfectly free to bring your own workforce to the island. Properties come and go at a remarkable speed so that the list of properties you might receive the first time round is not always indicative of the vast range available over a period of time and it is always advisable to task for a more up to date list about 3 weeks prior to leaving on a viewing trip.
