APEX TUTORS was established in 1980 by the principals, who are qualified teachers. The tutors live in the Greater London, St Albans and Watford areas. The agency provides individual tuition at the pupil's or the tutor's home.

QUALIFICATIONS OF TUTORS - All have had teaching and/or tutoring experience, and their qualifications and references have been checked.

SUBJECTS - Most subjects taught in schools are available from Primary Year 1 to A-level, plus some at undergraduate or professional level.

BOOKING A TUTOR - For a pupil under 18, a parent or other responsible adult should phone the agency. Students of 18 or over may arrange their own tuition. A travelling charge is made when the tutor visits the pupil's home.

Sat 9:30am until 1:00pm

TUTORS' REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS Suitable qualifications and experience of teaching or tutoring in the main subject(s) and level(s) you want to tutor. To register, it is essential to contact us first by telephone in business hours, to speak to one of the principals. Prospective tutors must have a current CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) or police check.
