Welcome to the website of Anoushka Boone, one of UK's pre-eminent Pilates teachers. Born in Belgium, Anoushka came to the UK via the USA, where she first encountered Pilates. She has been teaching one-to-one, in small studio classes and larger matwork classes for over 10 years. This experience has given her a very detailed understanding of the Pilates Method, which is augmented by her knowledge of Yoga, GYROTONIC®, Tai chi and Shiatsu. She brings to her teaching a unique and intuitive approach, and has many loyal clients, including a number of fellow teachers.
In May 2004 she was voted by the members onto the Board of The PilatesFoundation UK Ltd, as Treasurer. She is a leading member of the Workshop Committee and a strong believer in Continuing Education within the Pilates profession. In September 2003, she qualified as a GYROTONIC® Teacher and has completed the GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Teacher Training Course.
