The Best Western Cumberland Hotel Harrow provided excellent value for money during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near major transport links into central London, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that my needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a good shower and a comfortable double bed, were sufficient for a pleasant stay. Additionally, having breakfast included in the price was a nice bonus, allowing me to start my day off right.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory and met my expectations.

Staff friendly & polite, room fine (apart from comments listed). Good for short business stay - which is what we used it for.
The only problem we had was being unable to leave the window open due to road noise. We were in an annexe (room 256) and directly faced a busy road.

The rooms and staff of the hotel. Venue’s position only a short distance to all my favourite places, like gayton library.

Location was good, room and beds comfortable and very clean, fairly spacious.Good hospitality tray in room. Bathroom small but shower works well and plenty of hot water.Ideal situation, near tube and shops. Plenty of places to eat, we didn't have breakfast at hotel but plenty of choice nearby. Easy access for Wembley and good reasonably priced hotel for a weekend in London.
Room located in annexe situated on busy road so rather noisy. Meant we weren't able to have windows open so rather hot in room. However noticed there was a fan in the warderobe!!!Only saw it the next morning shame it wasn't left somewhere that we would see it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with every area we encountered being spotless. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was just a 5-minute walk from the Tube station, making it easy for us to explore this city. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the local transport facilities allowed us to travel around the area effortlessly. The hotel's location in the centre of Harrow's shopping streak provided us with easy access to various shops and amenities. these aspects made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The reception staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, fresh croissants and attentive service
The room was rather dated with wallpaper peeling off and the bathroom was black in places around the tiles, it did need a good refurb, the unfortunate part for me was I came in a group of 4 and my sister and her friend got a refurbed exec double suite for the same price, not very happy about the fact that our room cost the same when it clearly was not the same standard

We went to a concert at Wembley and the hotel's location couldnt have been better, easy to find and so close to the nearest tube. Also felt safe returning at 11pm at night. The hotel itself was good, friendly staff and comfy beds. Wouldnt hesitate staying here again
The only fault I could make is that because the hotel was on a main road and we were in the Annex, the traffic was v noisy so if your a light sleeper you might need some ear plugs.

Spent New Year at a hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transport, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and provided essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from, fueling us for our day ahead. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and made our stay a memorable one.
The hotel lacked in decor, which made it appear dated and in need of an upgrade. There was also some noise coming from the street, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep at times.

The hotel is ideally placed for London trips and very convenient for many major shops. We were well looked after by the staff and impressed with the quality of the hotel. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Our only complaint is the lack of an elevator particularly for any rooms above the ground floor.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Harrow-on-the-Hill tube station, making it easy to access all of London's attractions. It is situated in a safe area, allowing guests to comfortably walk around at night. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities, including a good shower and comfortable double bed. The staff are friendly and provide efficient service. Additionally, the rates are very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included.
Everything was satisfactory.

The location was good for central London and in particular the concerts at Wembley stadium.
On our arrival it seemed there was no record of our booking so it was fortunate that I had taken the email with me. The staff at reception failed to mention that if we stated we wAnted breakfast the following morning it was cheaper than if we just turned up in the restaurant in the morning. The quality of the rooms was rather poor with wallpaper peeling off and floor lino in the bathroom lifting up and cracked. Not what I expected if a hotel that cost £90 a night!
