Proco undertakes building/property maintenance contracts, proactive and reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs for commercial, industrial and domestic properties. Our client base ranges from Managing and Letting Agents through to Main Contractors and private residents.

Although we specialise in small maintenance and building works, we are equally equipped to manage larger contractual works.

We have our own skilled employees but also have access to a range of qualified and reliable tradesmen who we use on a regular basis for specialised work. This enables us to effectively manage a large and varied workload and have the resources available to undertake every aspect of work within the construction industry sector.

Surveys are usually undertaken free of charge, and our quotations/estimates are tailored to your specific requirements. However, in some instances a charge will be made (e.g. structural surveys; investigation with report and recommendations etc.).
