We are open Tuesdays to Fridays and the first and last Saturday of the month. Please contact us to book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance and up to two weeks. If you phone in on the same day that we are available we may even be able to fit you in for an emergency appointment.

Post COVID-19 Lockdown
There are no longer any statutory Covid-19 restrictions. As a health care provider we follow Professional Clinical Guidelines wearing PPE when working in close contact with our visitors/guests. We are operating by appointment-only to maintain the privacy of our clients whilst we review their test results with them or when they are choosing frames and/or lenses. We still welcome the optional use of our complimentary PPE available at our reception.
It is best to telephone or email us to reserve an appointment. When we are giving our full attention to our visitors/guests and cannot answer the phone, please leave a voice message with your preferred contact number or email us and we will get back to you.
