Dean Lacy comfortably retained his Senior Men 5 mile Cross-country title on Saturday in Joydens Wood, despite wearing borrowed footwear for the second consecutive weekend.

Have bus, will travel

The club now have a mini bus in an attempt to help keep down the increasing cost of hiring in buses for away fixtures. The bus is available for use on club business.
Please contact Mick Bond if you are interested in becoming a registered club driver and booking it for trips out.
Cambridge kick-off cross country & haul medals

Some strong individual performances showed what is likely to come in the 2008/09 cross country season in the Blackheath & Bromley Cross Country relays at Sparrows Den. Mean while the vets hauled in 18 gold medals in the Kent Veterans/Masters Championships at Erith.

Super Cambridge celebrate as play-off stars promoted

Cambridge Harriers senior men will compete in the National League Division 3 next season after a last gasp play-off win in Abingdon.
Cambridge were trailing Bournemouth by three points going in to the final event. Morgan Wass's team pulled together for a stunning performance in the 4x400m to win the final event and the match to gain promotion.
