Weight Loss If you don’t like to run,
or find the gym boring, try out our new Yoga for Weight loss.
This class is made up of carefully chosen poses to raise your
heart-rate, kick start sluggish metabolism, and help the body
get rid of unwanted toxins.
Mummy & Me
A great way to get into shape quickly after childbirth, post
natal yoga allows you to workout your body with your new baby.
Strengthen muscles taxed in delivery, relax stiffness from
carrying the baby, and help ease the stress of sleep deprivation
and other postnatal life changes. This class can be arranged
at a convenient time for you, your friends and your babies!
