All new boilers have to be condensing boilers as per regulations of April 2005. Should you wish to omit any of the items during installation (e.g. thermostatic radiator valves, room thermostat etc you will be doing it against current building regulations. MAXGAS can only advise you on current regulations we are not in a position to force you to take these on.

We reserve the right to change our prices depending on current market prices. Prices are correct at the time of website publication however can change at any time. Any additional work required will be charged extra.
