We are David and Briony and we are Evolution’s team of Mobile Personal Trainers. Based in Hertfordshire and North London we offer Mobile Personal Training in your home, office or local park.
With over 10 years of combined experience, we pride ourselves on our efficient, professional and when required discreet service.
Evolution vehicles carry equipment that can cater for all your specific needs from weight and fat loss to injury rehabilitation. Evolution trainers will work with you to set your goals ensuring they are satisfying yet achievable.
Evolution Trainers are level 3 Qualified Personal Trainers, the highest level within the government approved register of exercise professionals (REPS). Our team are all qualified Personal Trainers with full public indemnity insurance and First Aid Training.
