FIRST CHOICE IN FLOWING SCREEDS

Screed Flow Ltd specialise in the installation of self levelling anhydrite flowing screeds. Gyvlon and Supaflo screeds are pump applied and are ideal for sub floor levelling, providing a smooth flat surface for the application of thin floor coverings, tiles and most other finishes.

Suitable for commercial and domestic buildings, flowing screeds are extensively used in hospitals, prisons, airports, shopping centres, offices, hotels, theatres, and are particularly beneficial for separating floors in apartments and flat developments. When laid in conjunction with acoustic insulation, their performance complies with the new part E Building Regulation requirements.

Gyvlon screeds are batched and mixed off site under strict Quality controlled conditions. The material is delivered to site ready to use by truck mixer. On site quality control is carried out to verify the consistency of the mix. The Gyvlon screed is then simply pumped onto the prepared floor allowing on average 1000m2 per day, reducing dramatically the possibility of site related errors which are so common with traditional sand & cement screeds.
