They explored the castle grounds, learned about fearsome trebuchets, and even climbed the super tall Caesar's Tower for epic views! Lunchtime got exciting with a bird of prey display – these keen observers had to keep an eye out for soaring eagles! Lots of lego maths multiplication! Multiple children from 5C made an array of lovely lego flashcards with bricks, for example showing 11 lots of 8 stud bricks, making 88 studs. With the arrays on one side of the boards they wrote the result of the multiplication in a digital style display on the back of the boards or concealed the answers in a box under a lego lid. What revision products can you create to learn multiplication and division facts? And how many multiplication words in addition to 'multiplication' can you spot in this piece?
