We have a long-established and highly experienced Matrimonial Department specialising in complex cases, particularly for high net-worth divorce and cases involving cross-jurisdiction issues. Whatever your circumstances we can offer sympathetic and objective advice.

We are members of Resolution (the Solicitors Family Law Association) and the Relate Quality Partnership. Lisa Bolgar Smith is trained as a mediator in Family Law. We follow the Resolution Code and seek to encourage and assist any case to achieve a constructive and cost-effective settlement whether by negotiation or conciliation.
