In an ideal world every installation and repair would run smoothly, the customer would be completely satisfied and our invoice would be settled by return post.
Unfortunately this is not always the case, there will be days, beyond the control of our electricians and office staff, things can and will go wrong. We guarantee that we will treat any complaint on its own merit. We guarantee that any dispute will be dealt with fairly for all parties. If it would help to settle the dispute more promptly, a free-of-charge site visit by one of the office Managers will be arranged. All we ask of you as a valued customer is, if you’re NOT entirely happy with the works let us know, and give us a chance to correct any problems to your complete satisfaction. If you are happy with the works let other people know.
