Writing a Will is never an easy thing to do so we offer a FREE consultation to discuss your requirments in the comfort of your own home. One our trained Consultants can offer advice on your Will, Inheritance tax liability, long-term care fees and other related options which you may never have heard of before. Leaving everything directly to your spouse if you pass away first is not always the best idea. Children from a previous relationship may receive nothing, especially if the surviving spouse gets remarried!

Our Service to you:

Firstly we arrange an appointment for a time most convenient to you. Our Will consultants can make appointments either during the day, evening or even weekends.

Step 1:
The first consultation is to discuss with you what your requirements are regarding your new Will. We will discuss your options and needs and take your instructions regarding your wishes to be executed in your Will.

Step 2:
Our fully qualified Will Writer will then produce a draft copy of your Will within a few days, which is sent to you by post for your approval. We ask that you check it over to make sure it covers all of your requirements and that all names and addresses in the Will are correct.

Step 3:
On receipt of your approval, the final copy of your "Last Will and Testament" is produced and our consultant will return with it to supervise the signing. A Will can be totally invalid if it is not signed properly! At the signing our consultant will be one witness, but you will need one additional witness who must not be a beneficiary, or a relative of a beneficiary.
If you have opted for our excellent value Will Storage, we will then take the Wills away to be put in to storage, and send you a copy of each of your Wills.
You can then relax safe in the knowledge your wishes will be carried out after you pass away and that your families’ assets are more secure
