Yoga helps to calm the mind, improves concentration, tones the body, increases stamina and enhances flexibility. Ealing Yoga offers a gentle Hatha class, ideal for stretching stiff muscles and loosening up the spine and a more physically demanding Ashtanga yoga class. Small classes allow individual attention to be given to each student and students are encouraged to progress and stretch themselves as they become more experienced. Classes are available for both beginners and experienced students. The classes are held in a small yoga studio on the second floor, above the new Spar, 42 High Street, London W5 5DB. Go through the shop and at the back on the left hand side take the stairs up to the second floor. Holiday Dates: There will be NO classes Monday 1st December, Wednesday 3rd December and Thursday 4th December. Please see New Timetable for classes starting January 2009.
Please do not eat for at least 60 minutes beforehand and inform the teacher of any injuries or conditions before the start of the class. The classes are not suitable for pregnant women. |
