Yoga helps to calm the mind, improves concentration, tones the body, increases stamina and enhances flexibility. Classes are available for both beginners and experienced students. The classes are held in a small yoga studio on the second floor, above the Spar, 42 High Street, London W5 5DB. Go through the shop and at the back on the left hand side take the stairs up to the second floor. Mats are provided but if you have your own bring it along.
Class pass available: £45 for 5 classes. Valid for 3 months. Please do not eat for at least 60 minutes beforehand and inform the teacher of any injuries or conditions before the start of the class. The classes are not suitable for pregnant women. |
