Initial Consultation: At your first meeting, one of our skilled legal advisers will analyse your case or situation and provide preliminary advice on procedures, the law and cost estimate. Should you wish to proceed, then a file will be opened outlining everything that was discussed presenting your case a way forward.
Legal Fees: All of your details and costs will be confirmed in writing so that you know your financial obligation. We think you’ll find our transparent and upfront approach relating to costs will provide you with reassurance and set your mind at rest. There are some situations where fixed fees are not appropriate and only a cost estimate can be provided.
