At Pride we take health & safety very seriously and understand how crucial it is within any construction project. Our operatives hold CISRS certificates and follow a strict code of conduct. They are all each issued with personal protective equipment which is monitored and checked. We invest regularly in their training, not only to increase our operatives level of scaffolding qualification, but to grow their overall development in the workplace. This combined with regular toolbox talks by managers all go to ensure a culture of safe working practices.
All scaffolds are erected in accordance with TG20:13 and where the complexity of a scaffold requires a design, this can be done along with engineer calculations and drawings. Our rescue plans and method statements are created for each new project in order to support a high level of safety on site.
Our company is FORS, CHAS & CONSTRUCTION LINE accredited and we also utilise Simian Risk Management who are the UK’s premier scaffolding and work at height consultancy. They have an accredited CISRS Training Centre and support our vision for surpassing requirements laid down by current health & safety laws.
