What are the qualifications of the person who will do the work?
The person conducting your energy or gas certificate assessment or boiler servicing/repair will be appropriately qualified and insured and accredited by the relevant regulatory bodies: The Gas Safe Register for gas work and Elmhurst Energy Systems for the EPCs. Do feel free to ask to see this accreditation before work begins.
Who are you and who will contact me?
Penton Heating is located near the Elephant & Castle and concentrates on providing our services in and around Central London.
There is NO additional charge within the congestion zone.
You will usually be contacted by the Managing Director, Owen Johnson.
When will someone be able to come?
That will be negotiated with you within our normal working hours of 9.00 to 5.00 Monday to Friday and depends on current workload and staff availability.
