I became a single parent to two beautiful boys. "Yes single dads do exist"
In 2004 I became a full time single parent to two very young children, Kamron & Joshua. My wife/Mother to the children had decided to leave the family home after 6 years of marriage.
I SUFFERED SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH
Depression & Anxiety ruled my life.
After my divorce & becoming a full time single parent to two very young children I experienced severe Depression & Anxiety for many years.
I WENT BANKRUPT & WAS BROKE
Becoming a full time single parent to two young children meant not being able to work.
From working in a busy environment to one day waking up to being a full time single dad was hard. Divorce had left me financially insecure which lead to going through a bankruptcy & being broke.
"THE SECRET" SAVED MY LIFE
The Secret is a 2006 self-help book by Rhonda Byrne. It is based on the belief of the law of attraction, which claims that thoughts can change a person's life directly. The book alleges Energy as assurance of its effectiveness.
After coming across "The Secret" online my world started to change. Firstly, I was not keen on reading this book but as soon as I started reading the first paragraph I could not stop myself . This book is a masterpiece in itself . I thank "Rhonda Byrne" for sharing her knowledge of "law of attraction" through this incredible masterpiece. The secret is a very inspiring book it totally changed my views about life.
THINGS HAVE CHANGED A LOT FOR ME SINCE THEN, BUT STILL, MY LIFE IS FAR FROM PERFECT
