Enviro-dogs

Dry rot search dogs, available throughout the UK.

Finding dry rot early is key to reducing damage and saving on the cost of repairs. Dogs have the ability to detect minute odours due to their incredible sense of smell, up to 1 million times better than ours. This enables the dogs to find the smallest amounts of dry rot at the very early stages. A dog can search the areas that a traditional survey will miss, such as under floors, behind furniture, etc.

We can provide dry rot search dog and handler teams to the surveyor or direct to the client, depending on your needs.
