We had an amazing experience with Robert and Nick. Robert was incredibly helpful from the start, fast to respond and helpful with all my queries. He really worked with us to achieve the best outcome for our budget. They got started on the work really quickly for us as we were in a rush and the price was really reasonable in comparison to another quote we received. Nick completed the floor restoration for us and did a beautiful job, and even worked on a Sunday to get it finished in time. Robert and Nas did a really great job finishing our newly laid floor. We had unfinished boards that they sanded, varnished, and stained to give a lighter but natural look. We're very happy with the results. They were responsive and flexible working around the fact we needed them to come on three separate occasions and work around other trades people. The price was very reasonable, there were no hidden costs, and they really helped us understand the pros and cons of different finishes. They're clearly very passionate about delivering a high quality flooring finish. Would certainly recommend them!
