Our residential gutter cleaning service includes clearing of all debris within the gutters, unblocking of the downpipes, clearing of the valley gutters and checking the drains connected to the guttering system. Pictures before and after will be taken while we are cleaning the gutters and we’ll also inspect your roof, fascias and soffits free of charge.
High Level
Srappydio Gutters Cleaning can clean and repair gutters up to five-storey high without the need of scaffolding, using an industrial three-section rope operated ladders and harnesses.
We are health and safety trained and working at high certified to be able to carry out the work at minimum risk. However, in case of accident or damage, we are fully insured.
Commercial
We offer commercial gutter cleaning, repair and replacement services to businesses, schools, offices, blocks, and all sorts of other buildings.
Our customers receive a detailed written report for the completed work, pictures before and after and information about the condition of the guttering, roof, fascia and soffit boards.
Fascia, Soffit & External Gutter Cleaning
This service includes clearing and cleaning of the gutters in and out and washing the fascia and soffit boards.
Conservatory roof cleaning is also available, and it can be done either along with the gutter cleaning or booked as a separate job.

GUTTER REPAIR & REPLACEMENT

Fascia & Soffit Repair & Replacement

Fascia and soffit boards are also playing an essential role in the roofline of the building. We can help with repairing, painting or completely replace your old fascia and soffit with either wooden or plastic one.
When we replace fascia and soffit boards, the first thing we do is removing the existing gutters and the two bottom rows of roof tiles. Then we cut the roofing felt (if rotten) back around one foot from the end and remove old fascia and soffit boards.
Once everything is removed, we repair/replace any rotten parts of the rafters and install the new wooden fascia and soffit boards.
According to the customer preferences, we can paint the new wood or install uPVC fascia and soffit cover on top. We do not encourage installing uPVC roofline just by itself. In our opinion, the material is not strong enough to support the gutter and the bottom row of roof tiles. That’s why we always recommend installing a new wooden board underneath.
After the new boards are installed, we fit the new eaves felt (this is the roofing felt that overlaps the fascia board and goes into the gutter). Then install the gutters, and finally, we put the roof tiles back in place
Roof Cleaning
Whether residential property or commercial building, Scrappydio can help with removing the moss off your roof as well as thoroughly clean and wash your roof.
We use two methods for roof cleaning. The first one is removing the moss and all sorts of other debris collected on your roof by sweeping everything down using hard brushes. This method is more suitable for older tiled roofs, where the use of a pressure washer is not safe for the roof tiles.
The other method is by using a pressure washer. Very suitable for flat roofs, brick walls, cladding, conservatories as well as driveways and deckings. Our team and heavy-duty petrol machine remove moss, algae and lichen in no time, leaving your property in a perfectly clean new look.

We replace roof tiles, ridge tiles, install lead flashing, repoint brickwork, can also help with wall rendering, valley gutters repair and replacement and all sorts of other cement work.
