Taylors Property Maintenance Engineers Ltd takes gas safety seriously. All of our engineers are on the Gas Safe Register and will have their official identity card when you ask to see it.

Gas Safe Register

Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Worcester Accredited Installer

We are Accredited Installers for Worcester Bosch Group which enables us to offer our customers a 10 Year Parts and Labour Warranty on every boiler at no extra cost. Our engineers regularly attend the Worcester Bosch Group training academy to ensure we are kept up to date with the latest products and services.

NICEIC Domestic Installer

Taylors have been assessed against the requirements of the NICEIC Rules for registration of Domestic Installers and is registered as a Domestic Installer.

The NICEIC is a UKAS accredited certification body existing to guard users of electricity against dangerous electrical installations. It is recognised as an independent safety regulation body.

CIPHE

CIPHE is the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering. Founded in 1906, the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE) is the professional body for the UK plumbing and heating industry.

Membership is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds such as consultants, specifiers, designers, public health engineers, lecturers, trainers, trainees and practitioners.
