We are a firm of Solicitors and Notary Public based in Southall, Middlesex (above Royal Sweets which is just off the corner of Northcote Avenue. The entrance is between Moti Mahal Restaurant and Royal Sweets.)

As Solicitors we are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (Registration Number 173781) and as Notary Public we are regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.

The fees charged will depend on a number of factors. Please refer to the Terms of Business for more details. Therefore, please call us and we will confirm the fees and disbursements after discussing your requirement.

The matters that we can help you with include the following:

NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES:

1.    Notarise, both personal and commercial, documents for use worldwide and arrange legalisation at  the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (formerly Foreign and Commonwealth Office) and Consulates/Embassies.

2.    Prepare and Notarise Power of Attorney for use abroad. 

SOLICITOR SERVICES:

3.    Apply for Grants of Probate/Letters of Administration for the estate of a deceased relative and give you related taxation advice.

If due to a disability, illness or age, you are not able to climb the stairs, please call us beforehand and we can come downstairs to see you or see you in your car if parked on nearby roads, e.g. Northcote Avenue or Beachcroft Avenue.

The entrance is between Moti Mahal Restaurant and Royal Sweets. If you need a document notarised urgently, you can come in without an appointment and you will be seen on first come, first served basis. Waiting time is usually minimal as we notarise documents throughout the day during the office opening hours. 

Parking: Nearest Car park is the Herbert Road Car Park, Punjab Lane, Southall, Middlesex, UB1 1JY, accessed through Beachcroft Avenue. 

Notary Public is an officer of the law appointed by the Court of Faculties.

As Notary Public, I can attest and/or certify documents for use overseas. Examples of the documents that the Notary Public attests are powers of attorneys, company and commercial documents (such as Certificates of Good Standing, Resolutions and Powers of Attorneys) and administer oaths and declarations so that they are acceptable, as proof of matters attested by the Notary Public, to the judicial and other public authorities in the country where they are to be used.
