Outfield Player Format for Ages 8-10 Years Old - A 2 hour football trial:

This is your chance to be seen by 10-15 scouts, from Premier League level to semi pro level and get scouted. Last year over 730 players were scouted and more than 50 players signed for clubs – and we all want to help YOU the players be seen by pro and semi pro clubs, enjoy the day and learn from the experience regardless of the outcome. REMEMBER – At our trials –the clubs WANT to find players and we WANT you to get scouted, so everyone is working together!

After the trial there will be a  debrief with your coaches and a representative of UK Football Trials. During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and we will share with you our experience on what it takes to turn pro. We have worked with some of the top people in football for years and some of the worlds greatest sports motivational and personal development specialists also.  

Lastly you will receive an INDIVIDUAL GRADED PRO CLUB ASSESSMENT on 10 areas of your game so you can see what level your coach thinks you are at.  See what areas of your game are strong and what areas perhaps need a bit of work and attention. It has been very successful over the last 8 years help players develop and progress to pro level. 

AFTER THE TRIAL

All players are sent an email one week after the LAST FOOTBALL TRIAL THAT WEEK the following Friday by 8pm. Each player will receive an email that has a decision from the coaches and the scouts on the day.  All players get the same decision document if they have not been scouted – the individual part is provided on the day of the trial. Players that have been scouted will be introduced by email to the scout from the day by our operations team and see who is interested in you and what the next steps are.

That means understanding the roles and responsibilities as well as the positional movements of each position.  Players scouted from our events are those who show this football intelligence and ability to run the games from any position. 

Finally we finish with a debrief with your coaches and a representative of UK Football Trials. During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and we will share with you our experience on what it takes to turn pro. We have worked with some of the top people in football for years and some of the worlds greatest sports motivational and personal development specialists also.

You will be put through a typical pro club academy coaching session, devised to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your ability. They will be watching to see who is a player that listens well, takes on instructions and communicates effectively within a group. Attitude is massively important, which includes your body language, enthusiasm, and energy levels put into the drills.

Working with outstanding top UEFA Pro or A Licence coaches, you will have a 2 hour football trial.  First you will have 1 hour and 15 minutes of high intensity, enjoyable drills. You will be put through a typical pro club academy session, to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your performance. They will be watching to see who listens well, takes on board instructions and communicates effectively, plus, see who is a positive and upbeat within a group. Obviously your footballing ability and attitude will be seen, so it’s best to try your best and be enthusiastic right from the start!   Remember our trials are assessments, not coaching – so you will be getting lots of touches of the ball with very few stoppages as we want to see you play!

We then go into 30 minutes of small sided games - here we assess your game effectiveness. In small sided games you typically get many more touches on the ball and the coach will let the game flow with the scouts checking out your match play performances.  Whilst there may be players who are taller and a bit older than you, there is no need to worry! The scouts will have your dates of birth and ages and scouts nowadays do not just want the biggest and strongest players – the small technical players are just as important in any team. The key area is looking at which players move well on and off the ball, utilise tight space showing good vision and awareness and impact the game.  Key tip – be a leader, be confident and communicate and encourage team mates right to the end.

Finally we finish with 15 minutes for a debrief.  During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and our Director will give you a talk on what it takes to turn pro.  Here you will hear stories of players over the years of your age group - learn about how they train, what they eat, how they spend their time to be inspired about what it takes to make in the game at your age.

Outfield Football Trial Format:

Ages 14 - 16 Years Old - A three hour football trial:

Working with outstanding UEFA Pro / A Licence coaches, you will have a 3 hour football trial.  First you will have 1 hour and 40 minutes of drills to look at many areas of your game. You will be put through a typical pro club academy coaching session, devised to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your ability. They will be watching to see who is a player that listens well, takes on instructions and communicates effectively within a group. Attitude is massively important, which includes your body language, enthusiasm, and energy levels put into the drills.

We then go into 1 hour 15 minutes of 11 v 11 games - this is the main test - here we assess your game effectiveness - it's as simple as that.  PLEASE NOTE – most players will get between 30-40 minutes on the pitch.  KEY TIP - We also look to see who can play out of position.  Nowadays with Managers and coaches changing so frequently bring their own style, patterns and formation of play, new players have to be able to adapt to the demands of pro and semi pro clubs. That means understanding the roles and responsibilities as well as the positional movements of each position.  Players scouted from our events are those who show this football intelligence and ability to run the games from any position. 

Finally we finish with a debrief with your coaches and a representative of UK Football Trials. During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and we will share with you our experience on what it takes to turn pro. We have worked with some of the top people in football for years and some of the worlds greatest sports motivational and personal development specialists also.  

AFTER THE TRIAL

Working with outstanding top UEFA Pro or A Licence coaches, you will have a 2 hour football trial.  First you will have 1 hour and 15 minutes of high intensity, enjoyable drills. You will be put through a typical pro club academy session, to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your performance. They will be watching to see who listens well, takes on board instructions and communicates effectively, plus, see who is a positive and upbeat within a group. Obviously your footballing ability and attitude will be seen, so it’s best to try your best and be enthusiastic right from the start!   Remember our trials are assessments, not coaching – so you will be getting lots of touches of the ball with very few stoppages as we want to see you play!

We then go into 30 minutes of small sided games - here we assess your game effectiveness. In small sided games you typically get many more touches on the ball and the coach will let the game flow with the scouts checking out your match play performances.  Whilst there may be players who are taller and a bit older than you, there is no need to worry! The scouts will have your dates of birth and ages and scouts nowadays do not just want the biggest and strongest players – the small technical players are just as important in any team. The key area is looking at which players move well on and off the ball, utilise tight space showing good vision and awareness and impact the game.  Key tip – be a leader, be confident and communicate and encourage team mates right to the end.

Finally we finish with 15 minutes for a debrief.  During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and our Director will give you a talk on what it takes to turn pro.  Here you will hear stories of players over the years of your age group - learn about how they train, what they eat, how they spend their time to be inspired about what it takes to make in the game at your age.

You will be put through a typical pro club academy coaching session, devised to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your ability. They will be watching to see who is a player that listens well, takes on instructions and communicates effectively within a group. Attitude is massively important, which includes your body language, enthusiasm, and energy levels put into the drills.

We then go into 1 hour 15 minutes of 11 v 11 games - this is the main test - here we assess your game effectiveness - it's as simple as that.  PLEASE NOTE – most players will get between 30-40 minutes on the pitch.  KEY TIP - We also look to see who can play out of position.  Nowadays with Managers and coaches changing so frequently bring their own style, patterns and formation of play, new players have to be able to adapt to the demands of pro and semi pro clubs. That means understanding the roles and responsibilities as well as the positional movements of each position.  Players scouted from our events are those who show this football intelligence and ability to run the games from any position. 

Finally, we finish with a debrief with your coaches and a representative of UK Football Trials. During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and we will share with you our experience on what it takes to turn pro. We have worked with some of the top people in football for years and some of the world’s greatest sports motivational and personal development specialists also.  

AFTER THE TRIAL

You will be put through a typical pro club academy session, to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your performance. They will be watching to see who listens well, takes on board instructions and communicates effectively, plus, see who is a positive and upbeat within a group. Obviously, your footballing ability and attitude will be seen, so it’s best to try your best and be enthusiastic right from the start!   Remember our trials are assessments, not coaching – so you will be getting lots of touches of the ball with very few stoppages as we want to see you play!

We then go into 30 minutes of small, sided games - here we assess your game effectiveness. In small, sided games you typically get many more touches on the ball and the coach will let the game flow with the scouts checking out your match play performances.  Whilst there may be players who are taller and a bit older than you, there is no need to worry! The scouts will have your dates of birth and ages and scouts nowadays do not just want the biggest and strongest players – the small technical players are just as important in any team. The key area is looking at which players move well on and off the ball, utilise tight space showing good vision and awareness and impact the game.  Key tip – be a leader, be confident and communicate and encourage team mates right to the end.

You will be put through a typical pro club academy session, to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your performance. They will be watching to see who listens well, takes on board instructions and communicates effectively, plus, see who is a positive and upbeat within a group. Obviously, your footballing ability and attitude will be seen, so it’s best to try your best and be enthusiastic right from the start!   Remember our trials are assessments, not coaching – so you will be getting lots of touches of the ball with very few stoppages as we want to see you play!

We then go into 30 minutes of small, sided games - here we assess your game effectiveness. In small, sided games you typically get many more touches on the ball and the coach will let the game flow with the scouts checking out your match play performances.  Whilst there may be players who are taller and a bit older than you, there is no need to worry! The scouts will have your dates of birth and ages and scouts nowadays do not just want the biggest and strongest players – the small technical players are just as important in any team. This is your chance to be seen by 10-15 scouts, from Premier League level to semi pro level and get scouted. REMEMBER – At our trials – there is no pressure, you must enjoy it, but the clubs WANT to find players and we WANT you to get scouted, so everyone is working together!

Working with outstanding top UEFA Pro or A Licence coaches, you will have a 2 hour football trial.  First you will have 1 hour and 15 minutes of high intensity, enjoyable drills. You will be put through a typical pro club academy session, to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your performance. They will be watching to see who listens well, takes on board instructions and communicates effectively, plus, see who is a positive and upbeat within a group. Obviously your footballing ability and attitude will be seen, so it’s best to try your best and be enthusiastic right from the start!   Remember our trials are assessments, not coaching – so you will be getting lots of touches of the ball with very few stoppages as we want to see you play!

We then go into 30 minutes of small sided games - here we assess your game effectiveness. In small sided games you typically get many more touches on the ball and the coach will let the game flow with the scouts checking out your match play performances.  Whilst there may be players who are taller and a bit older than you, there is no need to worry! The scouts will have your dates of birth and ages and scouts nowadays do not just want the biggest and strongest players – the small technical players are just as important in any team. The key area is looking at which players move well on and off the ball, utilise tight space showing good vision and awareness and impact the game.  Key tip – be a leader, be confident and communicate and encourage team mates right to the end.

Finally we finish with 15 minutes for a debrief.  During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and our Director will give you a talk on what it takes to turn pro.  Here you will hear stories of players over the years of your age group - learn about how they train, what they eat, how they spend their time to be inspired about what it takes to make in the game at your age.  

At the end of the session you will receive an INDIVIDUAL GRADED PRO CLUB ASSESSMENT on 10 areas of your game so you can see what level your coach thinks you are at.  See what areas of your game are strong and what areas perhaps need a bit of work and attention. It has been very successful over the last 8 years help players develop and progress to pro level. 

AFTER THE TRIAL

All players are sent an email one week after the LAST FOOTBALL TRIAL THAT WEEK the following Friday by 8pm. Each player will receive an email that has a decision from the coaches and the scouts on the day.  All players get the same decision document if they have not been scouted – the individual part is provided on the day of the trial. Players that have been scouted will be introduced by email to the scout from the day by our operations team and see who is interested in you and what the next steps are.

This is your chance to be seen by 10-15 scouts, from Super League level to semi pro level and get scouted. Last year we helped over 730 boys players get scouted and we would like to achieve the same thing for girls and ladies. We all want to help YOU the players be seen by pro and semi pro clubs, enjoy the day and learn from the experience regardless of the outcome. REMEMBER – At our trials – there is no pressure, you must enjoy it, but the clubs WANT to find players and we WANT you to get scouted, so everyone is working together!

Working with outstanding top UEFA Pro or A Licence coaches, you will have a 2-hour football trial.  First you will have 1 hour and 15 minutes of high intensity, enjoyable drills. You will be put through a typical pro club academy session, to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your performance. They will be watching to see who listens well, takes on board instructions and communicates effectively, plus, see who is a positive and upbeat within a group. Obviously, your footballing ability and attitude will be seen, so it’s best to try your best and be enthusiastic right from the start!   Remember our trials are assessments, not coaching – so you will be getting lots of touches of the ball with very few stoppages as we want to see you play!

We then go into 30 minutes of small, sided games - here we assess your game effectiveness. In small, sided games you typically get many more touches on the ball and the coach will let the game flow with the scouts checking out your match play performances.  Whilst there may be players who are taller and a bit older than you, there is no need to worry! The scouts will have your dates of birth and ages and scouts nowadays do not just want the biggest and strongest players – the small technical players are just as important in any team. The key area is looking at which players move well on and off the ball, utilise tight space showing good vision and awareness and impact the game.  Key tip – be a leader, be confident and communicate and encourage team mates right to the end.

Finally, we finish with 15 minutes for a debrief.  During this time the coach will give you some thoughts on your football trial and our director will give you a talk on what it takes to turn pro.  Here you will hear stories of players over the years of your age group - learn about how they train, what they eat, how they spend their time to be inspired about what it takes to make in the game at your age.  

At the end of the session, you will receive an INDIVIDUAL GRADED PRO CLUB ASSESSMENT on 10 areas of your game so you can see what level your coach thinks you are at. See what areas of your game are strong and what areas perhaps need a bit of work and attention. It has been very successful over the last 8 years help players develop and progress to pro level. 

AFTER THE TRIAL

All players are sent an email one week after the LAST FOOTBALL TRIAL THAT WEEK the following Friday by 8pm. Each player will receive an email that has a decision from the coaches and the scouts on the day.  All players get the same decision document if they have not been scouted – the individual part is provided on the day of the trial. Players that have been scouted will be introduced by email to the scout from the day by our operations team and see who is interested in you and what the next steps are.

Working with outstanding UEFA Pro / A Licence coaches, you will have a 3-hour football trial.  First you will have 1 hour and 40 minutes of drills to look at many areas of your game. You will be put through a typical pro club academy coaching session, devised to allow the coaches and scouts to assess your ability. They will be watching to see who is a player that listens well, takes on instructions and communicates effectively within a group. Attitude is massively important, which includes your body language, enthusiasm, and energy levels put into the drills.

We then go into 1 hour 15 minutes of 11 v 11 games - this is the main test - here we assess your game effectiveness - it's as simple as that.  PLEASE NOTE – most players will get between 30-40 minutes on the pitch.  KEY TIP - We also look to see who can play out of position.  Nowadays with Managers and coaches changing so frequently bring their own style, patterns and formation of play, new players have to be able to adapt to the demands of pro and semi pro clubs. That means understanding the roles and responsibilities as well as the positional movements of each position.  Players scouted from our events are those who show this football intelligence and ability to run the games from any position. 

Finally, we finish with a debrief with your coaches and a representative of UK Football Trials.
