Notable cases
We successfully represented a client accused of dangerous driving and attempt to cause GBH. Our client was the driver of a vehicle which was seen on CCTV pursuing a male on a moped at speed. When the moped rider came to a halt at a junction our client intentionally crashed into the back of the moped causing it to crash onto an onward bus. The moped driver fled the scene leaving a loaded firearm at the scene. Our client successfully pleaded the defence of necessity to both charges
