Our Classes

Our classes in London are focused on offering a way of engaging with gymnastics that’s inclusive, stimulating and, most importantly, fun. We offer a variety of sessions to suit differing ages, requirements and experience, fostering a learning experience that’s founded on growth. Our schedule is regular, with beginner, intermediate and advanced sessions taking place weekly or bi-weekly. Our regular classes concentrate on imbuing learners with skills, technique and style, while our squad classes offer a space for focused progression. We also offer sessions outside of term-time, allowing full flexibility and reliability when it comes to coordinating your learning pattern.

Our Holiday Club

Our holiday club offers learners the chance to elevate their practice outside of their regular training. Running as a single-day-session, from 9.30-16.30, these distinct sessions feature bars, trampolines, tumble tracks and dance choreography, varying up the customary modules with stimulating and lively techniques. Groups are formed based on age and ability, with each one moving around the different stations throughout the time. Non-competitive, these one-off camps are designed to generate involvement, stirring up invigorating ways of learning in a dynamic, proactive and stimulating environment in London.

Our Coaching 

Our tutors are qualified practitioners with rich experience, trained in developing the core strands of the sport. We value partnership, working closely with individuals to provide nuanced ways of learning and developing. We operate a strict low coach-to-child ratio, ensuring our teaching is tailored to each individual. Our aim is to elevate you so that you’re working to the utmost of your ability, practicing new work in a safe and passionate environment where you can experiment with taught techniques in a verified and controlled setting.
