About
Our club
Barnes Eagles Football Club is a junior club for boys and girls of all ages in Barnes, South West London. The Club provides a safe, friendly and fun environment for children to learn and play football. Through our partnerships with Coerver Coaching, Commentary Box and Barn Elms Sports Trust, we provide high-quality coaching from an early age amid excellent training and playing facilities.
Training and matches

Training on Saturday mornings during term time (see training times below)

Matches on Sunday mornings during term time (Surrey Youth League)

Independant and Coerver coaches for children aged 5–16 years (boys and girls)

FA-qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked coaches
Training times
Saturday 9am–10.30am: U6 Boys & Girls, U7 Boys, U8 Boys, U8 Girls, U9 Girls, U10 Girls, U11 Girls, U18 Girls.
Saturday 10.45am–12.15pm: U9 Boys, U10 Boys, U11 Boys, U12 Girls, U13 Girls.
Midweek (please enquire): U12 Boys, U13 Boys, U13 Girls, U14 Girls, U14 Boys, U16 Boys, U17 Boys, U18 Boys, Seniors Reserves, Seniors 1st Team.

Barnes Eagles football kit can be purchased through your child's coach.
Performance football camps
Barnes Eagles FC runs Performance Football camps during school holidays and half terms for children aged 5-12 years old. Our fun and exciting camps aim to challenge children to develop their technical and tactical football skills alongside expert coaches, in a safe, fun environment. The camps run from 9am-3pm and are charged at £35 per day or £28 a day if block booking.

Skills Coach
We deliver our weekly football training sessions around a carefully crafted age-appropriate programme. Each week we aim to develop the core fundamentals of dribbling, passing, shooting, receiving, defending and team play. The sessions are delivered by our experienced, FA qualified coaches that:

Build confidence through a foundation of skills such as dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting

Use fun activities that build fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance, coordination, and speed

Promote decision-making, creativity and resilience through small sided games

Advance tactical understanding such as creating space and decision making in game realistic scenarios

Develop the thinking of ‘When’, ‘Where’ and ‘How’ to perform skills, and to understand attacking and defending principles

Barn Elms Sports Trust
Barn Elms Sports Trust (BEST) is a registered charity dedicated to ensuring the future of the sporting provision on the old Barn Elms Playing Fields site in SW13. The site is imperative to the local community, providing playing fields and facilities for a variety of local schools, sporting teams and community groups. Walk, Barnes, London SW13 9SA. Free parking is available at the playing fields (second gate on the right as you drive down Queen Elizabeth Walk). There is also a cafe at the clubhouse. No dogs are allowed anywhere on the Barn Elms site.
