Our basic rates for window cleaning are £10 front, £20 front and rear for a standard 3-bed terrace house on a monthly clean (additional cost for extensions and conservatories). For the first clean we charge according to the work required i.e., heavily soiled frames and seal cleaning, our minimum charge is £40. We clean windows, solar panels, gutters, gutter boards, fascia and conservatories. 

The first clean is cleaned off ladders for best results and monthly maintenance cleans via water-fed pole using pure water for a crystal-clear finish.

For larger properties, semi-detached and detached houses please call for a free quotation. 

For gutter cleaning we charge £10 per metre, blocked down-pipes, strip down, cleaned and re-installed £60 and we advise fitting a down-pipe guard to avoid future blockage at £25 each, for repairs, i.e. broken guttering and leaks, quoted for as required.
