We are new Motorhomers and bought our first van from Elite in March 19. The service from this family run firm is exceptional, from the sale, the handover to the no quibble snag fixing. Everyone from Directors to receptionist is hands on and super helpful. They even host an annual camping weekend in April at Bo Peep, Adderbury with camping, food and entertainment supplied.
Exceptional customer service, highly recommended.

I am not one for writing about my experiences with organisations but my dealings with Elite have left me with total respect for their customer service ethos.
We bought a new motorhome from Elite. Unfortunately things did not go to plan on this occasion. The issues we had were not of Elites making but they dealt with them in a professional manner at all times.
Ross, Chris and other members of the team were always attentive, returned my calls in a timely manner and we came to a mutually agreeable solution very quickly.
Elite wholly exceeded my expectations and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone considering buying from them.
They make a good coffee too!

Small site for motorhomes, probably not worth a visit unless you are guenially know what you are looking for. Too small and the movement in sales are very quick. Good helpful staff not too pushy.
