Serpentine is central London's running, athletics and triathlon club. We welcome everyone from age 8 upwards whether they be complete beginners, national level athletes or anything in-between.
Why Join Serpentine? You can find out more about the club in our About us section, and there's more information for runners, track & field athletes and triathletes in those sections too. Membership costs are listed on our sign-up page.
- Adult runners are welcome to join us for a trial session and come to one of our Wednesday or Saturday social runs to chat to some existing club members and find out more. Further details of these are here

Southern Vets Athletics League - Battersea Park 13th MayEach year, Serpentine hosts a London Masters League athletics match and this year it’s on Monday (evening), 13 May at the Millennium Arena in Battersea Park. This is our only track and field "Home Match" this year. Andrew Maynard, Catkin Shelly and I are looking for some wonderful Serpie volunteers to help us with the judging of the track and field events. Thank you to those people who have already offered to help. |
Bob Davidson, 30th July 1931 - 28th March 2024We are sad to announce the Bob Davidson, our oldest club member, died on 28th March. The epitome of Serpiedom, Bob joined the club in 1982, was made a life-member in 2007 and remained active in the club into his 80's. |
