Hi, you found me! (That's me on the right).

The chances are that if you are here, you'd like to know a bit more about me, perhaps we've met somewhere.

 

 

My professional life is devoted to helping companies improve their sales performance. I’m MD of the thriving consultancy business www.cpvconsulting.com which specialises in sales improvement for SMEs and Corporates.

Typically, Directors call us in when they recognise that their sales department can’t deliver what they need, usually because of a lack of specialist knowledge about sales systems and process. Most of our customers are based in the UK though we do spend time working in the EU, the USA, and Asia Pac.

My academic interest takes me into Value Theory which is especially useful when developing Customer Value Propositions. You can read my latest published work "Customer value creation in professional service relationships: the case of credence goods" from The Service Industries Journal, published and available from Routledge.

I continue to work as a qualified business coach with some private clients and business leaders. If you would like to break through your own challenging issues feel free to give me a call.

And the best bit is… I’m husband to Deborah, and father to my son Joshua and my daughter Levi, who are both under three. We currently divide our time between rural Norfolk, and North London.
