HOW WE WORK
Pricing is simple: I charge £45 per ½ hour. That's it. If you're within a 15-minute drive of W12, there's not even a call-out fee.
I can also help with many issues remotely. For this, it's the same rate but I charge in 15-minute chunks (i.e. £22.50 per ¼ hour).
I'm always happy to provide estimates in advance.
Oh, and I only start the clock once we start the work; chatting is always free!

I specialise in home and small-office IT. I have worked in IT for several decades, first as an award-winning magazine editor on What Personal Computer, followed by various online ventures (one of which won a BAFTA). Since around 2003, I have devoted myself to helping people with their IT at home and in the office. No matter how small an issue, I'm happy to help: for me, it is all about helping people get as much use — and, yes, joy — out of all this technology as I do.
