Since 2005, EBM Managed Services Ltd have been providing  photocopiers, IT and Telecoms services from our family-run business that is independently owned.

What do we do?

VOIP telephony services, photocopiers and printers, from desktop models to large format models, are also provided as well as IT support and protection. We have carefully chosen what manufacturers we work with, such as Epson, Kyocera, Yealink, Draytek and Microsoft Cloud Solutions.

Wow! I just had a very speedy resolution to my photocopier issue. I emailed out to a few copier maintenance places yesterday asking for assistance with an old Olivetti MF360 that had started to crease the pages when printing.I only heard back from EBM and they were here today and had my copier fixed and parts replaced within the hour.There was also a sheet of paper wrapped around and stuck to a roller in the very high temperature area - just a massive fire risk.So glad I called them and so glad they were able to help so quickly and professionally.

As a small business, when our internet failed we tried to sort it ourselves and lost so much time. EBM was our first thought when we knew we needed help and wow, both the customer service and the outcome they have given us have been superb. Whilst our business might be just 'small fry' in the scheme of things, they've made us feel important - isn't that what customer service is all about?
