New Premises Manager Vacancy

We are looking for a Premises Manager to join our team and that person must be a capable and motivated individual to ensure that the school premises are always maintained to a high standard. The ideal candidate will enjoy a varied and busy workload, have a keen interest in working in a busy school environment all year round, on a split shift rota basis from 07:00 – 11:00, returning at 15:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, which may vary depending on scheduled school events. This is a vital role in maintaining the School estate and keeping the environment safe and secure for staff and students and previous experience is essential.

Offers of employment are subject to an Enhanced DBS check, and where applicable, a prohibition from teaching check completed for all. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020). This means that certain convictions and cautions are considered ‘protected’ and do not need to be disclosed to employers, and if they are disclosed, employers cannot take them into account. Admissions

All our students have statements of Special Educational Needs or Education, Health and Care Plans relating to Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
If your child is yet to be assessed for SEN, you can refer to Tower Hamlets website for more information about the process. We accept applications directly from parents or carers for students who already have SEN statements. We also welcome referrals from local authorities, institutions and services.

Remote Education Provision: Information for parents

At IMHS we are providing a rich and diverse set of educational and developmental interventions, activities and experiences for our students. Our school day consists of live lessons and activities, for the length of a normal school day, running between 9am and 3pm. You can find out more information below:
