What Was Us / What Is Us
23rd April, 21st May, 25th June 2024

6.30pm-8.30pm

What Was Us, What Is Us is a new project by POMOC developed in collaboration with artists and campaigners who drive social and political change in the UK.

At Calthorpe Community Garden in London, leading artists will join local and national campaigners to explore how structural and systemic oppression can be challenged. Throughout a 12-month process, we will explore topics ranging from food justice, queer and trans liberation, housing justice, antiracism, climate justice and migrants rights, while simultaneously crafting the world of solidarity.

What Was Us, What Is Us: Hungry for Change on 23rd April

Building on the Food Resilience workshops, held in late 2022 at Calthorpe Community Garden, socially engaged artist Dana Olărescu is dedicating the first session to food justice.
