Working originally for two successful image houses in London, myself, Martin James (left) and my brother Daniel James (right), started Porter James Media over 18 years ago in order to make a distinct impression on the way that Architects and Property Developers use our Proprty CGIs and Architectural Photography to market property.
After only a few months we found ourselves working on projects all over the country, helping us to generate an impressive portfolio and ultimately creating the foundation of our business. 18 years on we have changed name and are now ‘Alive’.

Our Property CGIs have travelled the world, comprising of both commercial and residential developments; from the sun drenched Cape Verde islands to the dark depths of Scotland, no place is too far and no job is too small. Vision
The main focus of our Property CGIs is to showcase the best of your design in the most efficient way possible. From the moment we are instructed to commence, we give our undivided attention to each project, ensuring an idividual approach tailoured to every Property CGI, as we understand no two projects are alike. From a sketch-up model, AutoCad plans or even a sketch on a post-it-note, we can transform your ideas into a viable vision to suit your marketing strategy.
We also have a dedicated in house 3D architectural Visualisation photographer, which we use to help create our photomontage images, placing our computer generated Property CGIs in situ to help gain planning permission.
