Flat Refurbishment

With our main residence in France, having purchased a property in London, both my wife and I were concerned on how we were going to manage the proposed refurbishment. Jack Koumis, of Parkview Construction was recommended to us. We consider him to be an absolute star. Jack and his team were great from start to finish. Once the keys were handed over, Parkview just got on with the job, Jack regularly kept us updated, we would occasionally travel to London to check on progress, other than this, the whole project was a pleasure. Conversion of Single Property into Multiple Flats

Rear Kitchen/Living Room Extension

We found Jack and his team at Parkview construction to be very professional and dedicated to the job at hand. We had an ground floor kitchen extension and the job was done very professionally. Any queries and changes were talked through and explained properly. We found Gabby and Michael were both hardworking, conscientious and tidy. We decided to deal with building control ourselves and in hindsight would employ a company to deal with the inspectors. Also, as clients it was important to be clear and unambiguous in communications, however any misunderstandings or problems were resolved in a timely manner. One thing to value in a company is trust and honesty, and Jack and his team displayed these qualities in abundance. I would definitely recommend them and would employ them again.
